Speedy Steamer Your Carpet Cleaner agrees to perform the work specified by the client in professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service. By ordering Speedy Steamer Your Carpet Cleaner via telephone, e-mail, fax or web site the client is agreeing to be bound by Speedy Steamer Your Carpet Cleaner's Terms and Conditions of Service.
We give a no obligation, fixed quotation before we start on any job (unless previously agreed). That way, you know how much everything will cost and never have to worry about hidden charges.
Our company performs the highest quality work and we back it up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, we will re-clean the area. Any concerns relating to our workmanship must be reported within five (5) days after completion of work or after that date cleaning work may be subject to a service charge. ALL return service calls for "Vacant Home" Special or the return of urine spots/stains are subject to a service charge. That's our return and redo policy. By using Speedy Steamer Your Carpet Cleaner, you are agreeing to these terms and accepting any results of the service excepting our "return and redo" policy listed above.
There is no guarantee implied or expressed that all urine odor and or stains will be removed. Our 5 day free guarantee does NOT apply to urine spots / stains.
Pre Cleaning
Areas/rooms over 250 square feet will be charged as two or more areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Same day service can usually be offered during the winter with the exception of Sunday. All commercial carpet cleaning must be scheduled one week in advance. Minimum service charge for carpet or upholstery is $70. Minimum service charge for tile is $150.
Post Cleaning
Carpet is damp during and after cleaning. Care should be taken when walking on damp carpet to non carpeted surfaces to avoid slipping. Care should be taken when walking on damp tile to avoid slipping.
Cancellation
The Client may cancel / skip a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time Speedy Steamer Your Carpet Cleaner will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed. In the event that a cleaner travels to the clients house on the designated day and the client is not in or the cleaner cannot gain entry to the property the client shall be liable for the cleaners traveling cost ($25+).
Specials and Offers
Specials and offers cannot be combined. We charge extra (unless previously agreed) for pet stains, extremely soil carpet, carpet protector,and deodorizer. Please call for details on our specials.
